Recently Fixx Nutrition attended the popular Ultra-Trail Australia running event where they had our Fuel X Endurance Fuel on course. This trail run is on an extremely long and hilly trek in the Blue Mountains of Katoomba so we knew a lot of athletes would find themselves cramping up throughout the course and in need of the ultimate long distance survival item!

Hi, I saw your stand at the UTA expo and picked up 2 sachets of Crampfix as I had heard positive reviews.
I already had my race plan sorted so I didn’t expect to touch the sachets. Despite not cramping once in training, I wasn’t so lucky on the day and I started getting severe cramps at the 10km mark.

So, how does Crampfix work anyway?
Crampfix works rapidly to fix and prevent muscle cramps by targeting the overactive nerves that are causing the muscles to cramp. We don’t know exactly what causes muscle cramps but we know how to fix them!
