One of Australia’s leading sports nutrition brands Fixx Nutrition is proud to announce that two of its sponsored athletes took out first and third place at the 2022 Garmin Noosa Triathlon on Sunday 30th October.

Fixx Nutrition Elite Ambassador Charlie Quinn won the event and with a time of one hour 43 minutes and 12 seconds broke the 25-year-old course record set in 1997 by famous triathlete Craig Walton of one hour 44 minutes and 13 seconds.

As a professional athlete, nutrition is key not just for executing a winning performance on race day but to ALSO have sufficient energy to back up your training day after day:

BEFORE “I used 3 scoops of Fixx Fuel X PRO endurance fuel in a water bottle to sip on the day before the race”
DURING “During the race I drank 2 x drink bottles with 2 scoops Fixx Fuel X PRO in each”
“WORKS WONDERS with great energy levels and no gut issues!” Charlie Quinn
