GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Fixx Nutrition Pty Ltd (ABN – 89608036817) is the promoter of this giveaway.

If you participate in our promotions and giveaways you fully accept these general terms and conditions and you acknowledge that you fulfil all eligibility requirements.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be over the age of 18 years. Fixx Nutrition may ask you, at any stage, to provide us with proof of age and/or identity and/or proof of such approval, if relevant. Fixx Nutrition may exclude any participants who are not able to provide such proof. Employees of Fixx Nutrition are not eligible to participate.

You must be an Australian resident to enter.

DATE OF GIVEAWAY

The Giveaway shall start on October 14, 2021 and close on November 2nd, 2021. Entries after the closing date will not be allowed. 

HOW TO ENTER

The Giveaway post on Instagram and Facebook will explain the entry procedure. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the Giveaway. Only one entry will be accepted per person, multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. By entering a Giveaway, you will not be eligible to receive any prizes awarded in any other Giveaway unless you enter each Giveaway separately. 

THE WINNER

The winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries. The winner will be notified by email within five business days after the closing date of the Giveaway. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 5 business days, Fixx Nutrition reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. Fixx Nutrition’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Giveaway will be final and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.  

PRIZE

The promotional prize includes a $100 voucher for the Fixx Nutrition online store which can be used across multiple transactions. The prize also includes 1 x Free Entry to the Fisiocrem GC50 Run Festival 2021 in any distance chosen by the winner. If the winner has already purchased their entry to the event they will be eligible for a full refund on their entry. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.

The prize does not include any travel, accommodation or equipment costs for the GC50 event. These are the responsibility of the prize winner.

SHIPMENT

Unfortunately we don’t ship to Iran, Iraq, Cuba, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Brazil, China, Israel, Kuwait, Russia and Turkey.

PERSONAL DATA

Each winner agrees that, by participating in a Giveaway, Fixx Nutrition may use the winner’s name in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional approval or compensation being required, including posting in a winner’s list, Instagram and/or Facebook. 

Participants agree to receive email marketing from Fixx Nutrition when they enter the competition. Participants can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in the footer of our emails. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering the Giveaway each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Fixx Nutrition, its legal representatives, respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with the Giveaway or the acceptance of the prize.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Fixx Nutrition reserves its right to cancel the Giveaway at any time or change the provisions of the General Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion and such change shall have immediate effect upon the publication thereof.

GOVERNING LAW 

The Giveaway is governed by Queensland law.
