Aiming for a full Ironman. Very scary, but I’ve built the right team around me so I’m very confident in making it happen.
My goals are less time based and more experienced based – I want to always enjoy being out on the road and trail, and I want to experience the sensation of complete and utter exhaustion, knowing I’ve used every last drop of fuel.

A good solid year of Marathon and Ultra Marathon running! One goal for this year is to complete the SEQ triple again (Brisbane, GC and Sunshine Coast marathons). Marathon Pace Runner.

Using all Spartan and trail races as training, I am going to be competing in the Spartan race weekend in Morzine, France in July. One of the races alone has 2000m elevation (there are three races over the weekend).
