In-Store Promotion Terms + Conditions
Fixx Nutrition Pty Ltd (ABN – 89608036817) is the owner of this giveaway.
If you participate in our promotions and giveaways you fully accept these general terms and conditions and you acknowledge that you fulfil all eligibility requirements.
All entries for the Sydney Marathon event are issued subject to the terms and conditions set out on the event website (https://sydneymarathon.com/) including, but not limited to, the Sydney Marathon entry policies.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be over the age of 18 years. Fixx Nutrition may ask you, at any stage, to provide us with proof of age and/or identity and/or proof of such approval, if relevant. Fixx Nutrition may exclude any participants who are not able to provide such proof. Employees of Fixx Nutrition and hosting stores are not eligible to participate.
You must be an Australian resident to enter.
DATE OF GIVEAWAY
The Giveaway shall start on July 15th 2024 and close on July 25th 2024. Entries after the closing date will not be allowed.
HOW TO ENTER
A Purchase of any Fixx Nutrition product at any value must be made in-store at the hosting business. Only one entry will be accepted per person/per store. By entering a Giveaway, you will not be eligible to receive any prizes awarded in any other Giveaway unless you enter each Giveaway separately.
THE WINNER
The winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries. The winner will be notified by phone within 1 business days after the closing date of the Giveaway. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 2 business days, Fixx Nutrition reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. Fixx Nutrition’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Giveaway will be final and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.
PRIZE
The promotional prize includes a predetermined selection of products from the Fixx Nutrition range and includes 1 x Free Entry to Sydney Marathon event in any distance chosen by the winner. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
The prize does not include any travel, accommodation or equipment costs for the Sydney Marathon event. These are the responsibility of the prize winner.
PRIZE COLLECTION
Winner is responsible for the collection of Prize Pack from hosting store. Winner will be contacted directly by Fixx Nutrition via email with instructions to gain Marathon entry or refund.
PERSONAL DATA
Each winner agrees that, by participating in a Giveaway, Fixx Nutrition and Hosting Business may use the winner’s name in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional approval or compensation being required, including posting in a winner’s list, Instagram and/or Facebook.
Participants agree to receive email marketing from Fixx Nutrition and Hosting Business when they enter the competition. Participants can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in the footer of emails.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering the Giveaway each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Fixx Nutrition, its legal representatives, respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with the Giveaway or the acceptance of the prize.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Fixx Nutrition reserves its right to cancel the Giveaway at any time or change the provisions of the General Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion and such change shall have immediate effect upon the publication thereof.
GOVERNING LAW
The Giveaway is governed by Queensland law.
