How to use Fuel X & Fuel X PRO

Fuel X & Fuel X PRO  is easily and quickly absorbed with minimal effect on the digestive system. Drink during training and racing to provide energy and avoid ‘bonking’ during endurance sport.

Directions:

Add to 500-700ml (17-24 Oz) WATER, shake well to dissolve.

1 Scoop = 100 Calories

1-2 Scoops First Hour of Exercise

2-3 Scoops per hour thereafter

When should I use this product?

This product is designed to be used during training or racing to fuel and provide energy to your body. We recommend one serve (2 scoops in a drink bottle) the day before a long session or a race and then sip frequently during the event or session. Fuel X/Fuel X Pro should also be used afterwards to replenish.

What is the texture like?

The texture of Fuel X & Fuel X PRO is liquid and drinkable, just like a sports drink!

How scoops do I need?

We recommend 2 scoops per 500-700ml water. Each scoop contains 100 calories and 24.2g carbohydrates.

Can I use this with Gel X PRO energy gels?

Yes! You add in Gel X Pro into your nutrition when you require extra energy and use both products at the same time. Remember that the Fuel X endurance fuel will keep you well hydrated and replenished while the Gel X Pro provides extra calories when needed.

How long does the Fuel X/Fuel X PRO last after I purchase it?

The fuel has a 36 month expiry date from when they are manufactured.

I had 2 Fixx energy gels during my Sunday long run for 32km. It was easy to consume, given its texture is almost close to liquid rather than sticky gel. And they were lemon & raspberry flavors and the taste was very natural and nice. Highly recommend.
