In terms of performance these are excellent, I’ve definitely found I’m able to perform better and more consistently when I take these. The packaging is also fantastic, the best I’ve tried. However I struggle to get these down because the flavours are so strong. If the flavours weren’t quite so strong these would be a perfect gel.

have tasted all the flavours and they are delicious. The best thing about the gels is that they have sodium in them now so I dont have to carry sodium capsules anymore. Highly recommend these gels.

They definitely helped performance. The flavours were not too sweet, all were palatable, but some had an edge which was a little tart/synthetic in taste. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a gel for endurance racing.
