FUELLING FOR TRAINING & RACING

Fuelling your training is just as important as getting all of your training sessions done.

Using nutrition during training has a number of valuable benefits:

  • Get more from your sessions, especially your longer and harder efforts
  • Back up your sessions by assisting with dehydration and recovery
  • Get used to using the nutrition in terms of timing and planning
  • Work out which flavours you prefer
