CrampFix® is a fast-acting cramp management solution, specially formulated to help high-performing athletes stay in control and reach their goals.

PREVENT

Drink 1 x 20ml QuickFix SHOT or 10-20ml 5 minutes before exercise.

RELIEVE

Drink 15-20ml at first signs of cramping for rapid relief within 30 seconds to 2 minutes.

RECOVER

Drink 10ml after exercise to prevent post-exercise cramps and to reduce muscle tightness.

What flavour of Fuel X on course?

Fuel X Tropical Fruits will be available at every aid station along the Gold Coast Marathon course. Please note that it will be served in our branded Black Fixx cups.

How many grams of carbohydrates per cup?

Each Fixx branded cup provides approximately 15–17 grams of carbohydrates, helping you stay fuelled and energised throughout the course.

What Flavours are on course of products? and what drink stations are they at?

Supplying our Gel X Pro and our Fuel X endurance fuel.

Yes, all on-course nutrition supplied by FIXX is HASTA approved.

Third-Party Batch Testing & Athlete Assurance

Fixx Nutrition undertakes independent third-party batch testing to provide athletes with confidence that selected products are screened for prohibited substances in line with World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) guidelines.

CrampFix® Range

Our CrampFix® products are batch tested through Informed Sport, a globally recognised anti-doping assurance program. Testing currently applies to the following flavours and formats:
