My 2020 goal is to to Run a 3:30 (something) marathon in an Ironman, ride a sub 5 hour bike split in an Ironman, and to place top 10 in my AG at Kona.

My main focus in 2020 is to work hard and follow the plan set by my coach to improve as much as I can as a triathlete. I will be racing the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in November.
I’m heading back to both the IM 70.3 World Champs as well as the IM Kona World Champs for 2020. I came 7th in my AG the last 70.3 World Champs, so I definitely want to improve on that this year.
My A race of the year is 70.3 World Championships in November so I will be working hard in the lead up to it. I plan to do my local race Cairns 70.3 and also Sunny Coast 70.3 as well as some smaller multi sport races to mix it up.
My main goal is finishing in the top 15 at the ITU Duathlon world champs in Amsterdam and securing a spot for the 2021 world games. A few running PBs along the way wouldn’t go down to badly either!!
First full IM in 2020. Very scary, but I’ve built the right team around me so I’m very confident in making it happen.

In 2019 I dabbled with a lot of sports outside of my comfort zone to find my new obsession. In 2020 I will be looking to complete a sub 3:30 marathon and a 4:30 half iron man. As well as continuing with Queensland MTB racing (offroad is life)
I am aiming to train really hard and finish the Spartan Ultra in September!
In 2020 I want to achieve balance and consistency in both racing and life. My number one goal is to win my age group at an Ironman branded event.
Using all Spartan and trail races as training, I am going to be competing in the Spartan race weekend in Morzine, France in July. One of the races alone has 2000m elevation (there are three races over the weekend).
My goals are less time based and more experienced based – I want to always enjoy being out on the road and trail, and I want to experience the sensation of complete and utter exhaustion, knowing I’ve used every last drop of fuel.
To try and qualify for Kona Ironman World Championships again, To place top 5 in 70.3 World Championships, To train and race to the best of my potential and master the art of fuel and recovery, To motivate people to get the best out of themselves, to give people the courage to face challenges, and inspire people to never give up
2020 brings new sponsors, partnerships, categories & Bikes, so it is set to be a big year out on the trails! I’m hoping to get back on form and more time in the saddle (after a bit of time off the bike due to the Fire Season we have had), and take on the Australian XC and Enduro events and earn some World Enduro Series (EWS) points
70.3 Geelong, Sunshine Coast IM Australia, Arizona Assorted marathons and other longer/shorter events. Have fun, stay cramp free, encourage others.
I have a big year planned for 2020, with Ironman first up in March. After that I plan to do my first Ultra in July at The WUU2k here in Wellington followed by the 50km at Crater Rim in October. After that start training for the 2021 Coast to Coast.
A good solid year of Marathon and Ultra Marathon running! One goal for this year is to complete the SEQ triple again (Brisbane, GC and Sunshine Coast marathons).
I’m currently pregnant so have a number of smaller events planned during pregnancy up to 25km trail runs and then post baby Blackall 100km and my first 70.3 in Melbourne.
I want to do a sub 11 hr Ironman and a sub 5 hour half Ironman. I would also like a sub 40 minute 10km run.
My first 100km ultramarathon, and to gain All World Athlete status in Ironman 70.3 competition.
I am aiming to compete in the Mountain Running World Cup for the first time and keep progressing in my performance in the Mountain Running World Championships.
2020 is a big year for me, starting with my longest run so far – the Tarawera Ultramarathon 102km. This is followed a week later with my favourite Shotover Moonlight Mountain Marathon down in Queenstown. And then the highlight of the year…UltraTrail Australia 100km in May.
My goal is to continue in my quest to finish a 70.3 by the end of the year by completing a number of triathlon events. I also hope to run another Marathon and a number of Half Marathons
2020 target events are the Aussie Para road and track Nationals, Masters track nationals, and a whole lot of fun with friends doing club and state events. And maybe a sneaky climb or two on a family trip to the Tour de France
My main goal is to become an Ironman at IMNZ Taupo. I want to take on lots different events – Breca, multi sport, ocean/river swim events. Ultimately I want to push myself to limits I didn’t think I could and prove that anyone can go out there and smash their goals. You can. I can. We can.
